Dear Tina,
I would like to inform you that we would like to stop our cleaning contract with you using the following 2 weeks before our cleaner is due again as our notice period.
It is not because we are unhappy with the service. I have to say I have found your head office staff extremely efficient and always keeping me well informed and our cleaner Rossi is wonderful. The reason is that I have had to return to work after maternity leave and we have employed a nanny to look after my son, who will also do a bit of cleaning for me while he is sleeping. I am unable to afford to employ her and to keep Rossi on at the same time.
I thank you for your wonderful service and as I was out yesterday when Rossi was here I was not able to tell her in person. Please can you apologise to her for me and say I am very sad that I am unable to use her anymore. And if possible could you send me her address as I would like to send her a little gift to thank her for her service.

I just wanted to say thank you for you’re service on Friday. Anna did a fantastic job and very pleased with the work that she has done. Was really surprised on how quick she got everything done it just two hours. Everyone in the office was happy in the office and wanted her back for regular basis. I will be meeting with our current supplier soon as the person is back from holiday. So I will be keeping in touch to arrange a meeting for our cleaning contract soon.
