
Clean silverware
Put a piece of aluminium foil into the container and add hot water and salt. Dip the silverware into the solution and after a few seconds it will become white and shining.
Dishwasher Powder
Another method of removing burnt food is to cover the area with dishwasher powder and enough water to make a paste. Let it soak overnight, wash and clean it the next day.
Kettle limescale
To remove limescale from your kettle, pour in a mixture of half vinegar and half water, boil it up and leave it overnight. In the morning all the limescale should just fall away, wash it and you will have it like a new.
Cleaning the microwave
Remove the mess with ease by microwaving a shallow dish filled with slices of lemon and hot water for five minutes. The steam will soften the dried food and the lemon will leave it smelling fresh.
Bathroom cleaning
Bleach is vital, it will remove most dirt and mildew. Use vinegar based cleaner on bath and shower, this will get rid of all bacteria, soap scum and body oils.
Shower Doors
To clean shower track door you have to pour full strength vinegar into the track, let it soak for a few minutes and then rinse it.
How to clean tv screens
Use a very damp cloth that has been placed in water/clothes condition mix. 2/3 water to 1/2 cap of condition then buff it with any lint free cloth or paper towel etc. watch a shine appear and be static free.
Shiny glasses
If you add small amount of salt to washing up water will make your glass really clean and shiny.
Carpet Stains
Carpet stains from motor oil to blood you can clean with baby wipes. They remove almost anything!
Smashed Down Carpet
To make the carpet stand back up after moving a piece of furniture you have to place an ice cube on the spot. When it melts, the piles will go back up.
